The Part-Time Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the tax office. This role supports daily office operations by managing front desk activities, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional client experience-especially during peak tax season.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
* Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
* Schedule and confirm client appointments in the firm's calendar system.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
* Assist clients with check-in forms and ensure required documentation is collected.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
* Provide administrative support to tax preparers and office staff, including scanning, filing, copying, and data entry.
* Verify client information and update records in the system as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and follow all firm privacy and compliance standards.
* Support additional duties as assigned during busy tax season
